A stroke or brain injury can change how you talk, understand, read, write or swallow. Michael works on the parts that matter most to you.
Talking and finding words
Getting the words out. Saying what you mean. Being understood by the people around you.
Understanding others
Following a conversation. Keeping up when more than one person is talking.
Swallowing safely
Eating and drinking without coughing or choking. Working out which foods are safe for you.
Reading and writing
Reading a letter or a menu. Writing a message. Using your phone again.
Speaking clearly
Speech that has become slurred, quiet or hard to follow, including with Parkinson’s disease.
Group therapy
Practising with other people who have had a stroke or brain injury.

Adults with a neurological condition. Michael has worked in hospitals, rehabilitation, aged care and NDIS services.
