Throughout his professional career, Michael came across the same issue time and time again \u2013 clients were seen simply as a number, not as an individual and unique person. As a result, clients would not get the best quality service that was appropriate to their specific needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">As Michael was passionate about remedying this problem, he established his practice based on a name that he has adopted in the industry \u2013&nbsp;The Speech Guy &amp; Co.
